What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Strategy Manager - Contingent Staffing position at BJC HealthCare?
BJC is looking for a Talent Strategy Manager to lead the Contingent Staffing team. The Contingent Staffing team manages the utilization and best practices for all contingent staffing through our partner MSP for BJC Health System. In addition, consults on staff augmentation services to supplement core recruitment. The manager will oversee a team of contingent staffing coordinators who partner with business leaders to support related programs, and advise key stakeholders on their contingent staffing operations.

The Talent Strategies Team at BJC HealthCare provides a full range of talent acquisition and recruitment support activities for BJC HealthCare across 15 hospitals and community health locations. By acting as a strategic resource for BJC hiring leaders and building strong relationships with internal and external customers, applicants and candidates, the Talent Strategies Team consultants and advises on best practices for bringing talent into the organization, supporting candidates through the hiring process and delivering an optimal candidate experience.
