Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Family Practice
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Godfrey, Illinois.
About the Role:
This position is responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a convenient care setting. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment plans within the scope of a formal physician collaborative practice agreement.
You will manage the health care of patient populations with compassion, utilizing advanced health assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation skills. Additionally, you will coordinate care and promote health and wellness through education and coordination of services.
Requirements:
- Nursing experience, preferably in family practice or urgent care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
