The Assistant Nurse Manager of Structural Cardiology will assist in managing the daily operations of the Structural Cardiology unit. The ANM will rotate between different clinic locations depending on need. (West County, South County, NWT and CAM). This role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, supporting staff development, and maintaining a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise in valve and/or structural cardiology, and a commitment to patient-centered care. The ANM will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes staff engagement and retention.
