The Radiation Oncology Department at Alton Memorial Hospital is searching for a Part-time RN for the Outpatient Clinic. Radiation oncology nurses act as patient care coordinators, advocates and educators. They help patients manage their symptoms in addition to assessing how they’re doing throughout treatment. Role Purpose: Coordinates the health care of select patient populations/designated service across the continuum of care. Responsible for coordination of patient contact, patient education, prepares patient/family for procedure/test in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Position Requirements
- Up to 7,500.00 Sign-On Bonus
- Benefits Eligible
- Part-time (24 hrs)
8 hour shifts (7:15am- 3:45pm)
3 Days a week
- No Nights, Weekends or Holidays
- 2- 5 yrs of RN exp.
- 4 weeks orientation and training

- ONC Cert. Preferred
- Procedural Area Experience Preferred
- BSN Preferred
- 2 yrs. of RN Experience Preferred
