What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Team Lead position at BJC?
Lead clinical team member will assist leadership with training/preceptorship. Assigned to a primary cardiologist and will assist with rooming patients, INR and inbasket management.
- 40 hours per week
- Dayshift Monday-Friday
- 8:00am-4:30pm
- No weekends or holidays!

Role Purpose
Under the direction of manager, plans, directs, and coordinates activities of a unit on a designated shift. Performs direct patient care as needed and functions as clinical resource to nursing and support staff. Assesses, plans, evaluates and documents the nursing process of assigned unit as needed.
