We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine physician to join our team at our Primary Care Clinic in Columbia, IL. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our experienced healthcare professionals.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the medical care of patient panels, collaborating with patients and families to ensure excellent patient outcomes, and providing or arranging for inpatient hospital care as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient panels and provide or arrange for inpatient hospital care
- Collaborate with patients and families to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Document medical histories and physicals in patient medical records
- Provide or arrange for call coverage for clinic patients and inpatient call coverage
Requirements
- Doctorate degree in Medicine (M.D.)
- Board eligibility or licensure
- Less than 2 years of experience
- No supervisor experience required
