Job Description:
The Nurse Care Specialist will be responsible for providing direct patient care and promoting a healing environment. This includes assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and educating patients and their families on disease management and prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
Requirements:
- Nursing Diploma/Associate's - Nursing
- No Experience Required
- RN License
