The Occupational Therapist will provide direct patient care activities in the home environment, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and instruction/supervision. This role will require collaboration with physicians and other practitioners to integrate occupational therapy treatment with other aspects of patients' care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in occupational therapy is required, along with a valid driver's license and occupational therapist licensure.
