Role Purpose
The licensed or registered Occupational Therapist provides direct patient care activities in the home environment, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and instruction/supervision according to physician orders. Key responsibilities include instructing patients and families in treatment procedures, re-evaluating patients and adapting treatment programs accordingly to achieve maximum benefit, and conferring with physicians and other practitioners to integrate occupational therapy treatment with other aspects of patients' care.
Required Qualifications Include:

- No Experience.
- No Supervisor Experience.
