Join our Nurse Practitioner team as a working supervisor at BJH and be at the forefront of excellence in Orthopedic care. Our NP team cares for a wide variety of Orthopedic post-surgical patients.
- 2 (12hr) clinical shifts per week
- 16 hrs dedicated to administrative work
- Manage a team of 6 Nurse Practitioners
- No work on major holidays

Role Purpose
Under the direction of a manager/director, the NP Supervisor plans, leads, and coordinates activities of a department as a direct people leader with responsibility for ensuring the productivity of the group. As needed the Supervisor will perform direct patient care utilizing a high degree of knowledge, skill, and competence to diagnose, prescribe, and treat patients within the scope of a formal collaborative practice agreement with a physician(s) to support clinical services.
