BJC HealthCare is seeking a Full-Time Patient Service Rep (PSR) at our Outpatient location located in Sunset Hills (MBMC - Sunset Hills - 3844 S Lindbergh Blvd Suite 120, St. Louis, MO, 63127)
Position Details:
- Shift Day Hours: Monday - Friday (7:30AM - 4PM)
- Registration, Collection of Co-Pay, Scheduling/Confirming appointments, EOD balance
- Insurance knowledge (preferred)
- Medical Office experience (preferred)

Role Purpose
The Patient Services Representative acts as the initial point of contact for front office activity and helps directs the patient flow process at the physician office. This position performs patient check-ins and appointment scheduling. This position also maintains patient financial records and may serve as a switchboard operator as needed.
