BJC HealthCare is seeking a Full-Time Senior Patient Service Rep (PSR) at our Barnes West Med Consultants (969 North Mason Ste 110 St. Louis, MO 63141)
Position Details:
- Shift Day Hours: Monday - Friday (7:30am – 4pm)
- No weekends or Major holidays
- Frequent sponsored lunches for employees in office
- Front office role which helps direct the patient flow process
- Patient check - ins
- Appointment scheduling
- Maintains patient financial records, completes insurance verification, assigned workques and mail distribution.
- Prior registration experience/insurance experience (preferred)

The Senior Patient Service Representative functions as a subject matter expert on administrative tasks supporting the physician office. This position maintains a strong knowledge of and trains new and/or junior level team members on work processes. This position also serves as a point of escalation on complex work situations.
