What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff RN- ENT office position at BJC?
BJC HealthCare is seeking a Staff RN (Registered Nurse) for ENT Outpatient Office.
Position Details:
- Monday- Friday (8am-4:30pm)
- Provides general nursing services to patients under the supervision of a physician or other licensed provider within the scope of practice for the RN
- Follows HIPAA, CLIA, OSHA, Medication Management and Infection Prevention procedures for cleaning and sterilization of equipment and/or instruments
- Set up exam rooms, room patients for designated Provider, and assist with medical office procedures
- Obtains vital signs, patient history and maintains accurate and prompt charting in the patient's record
- Discuss surgery scheduling and coordinate with patient
- Triage calls, provide test and lab results to patients and present relevant information to provider with correct medical terminology.
- Main Location: is 3009 N Ballas Road, Suite 380C, St. Louis, MO
- This position does require traveling to our Sunset Hills location for clinic with the Physician every Tuesday. This location is within 10 miles of the main location. Milage reimbursement is provided
- Previous Operating room experience and/or general surgery scheduling knowledge (preferred)
- Previous EPIC experience preferred

Ballas ENT consultants is located on the campus of Missouri Baptist Medical Center located in Town & Country, Missouri. The medical practice specialized in Otolaryngology and Audiology.
