Preferred Qualifications
Role Purpose
Create and Implement staff education around surgical scrubbing of surgical procedures. This will include training of both RN’s and Surgical Scrub Technicians. This will include collaboration with RN educators to round out training of the AORN principals of sterile technique and instrument handling. Evaluate and update education material to remain in accordance with changing recommendations in AORN and AMI standards.
