Overview
Part time Administrative Assistant needed.
Background check, drug test and fingerprinting is required.
This will be a 1099 position.
Duties
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Prepare Google Sheets and slide presentations
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems (Google) and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience as a health insurance admin or in customer support is advantageous
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
