Our Company is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Retail Store Manager to oversee our newly opened location. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service, organized and detail-oriented, and will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The successful Manager will be able to independently lead a team of sales associates in providing customers with a pleasant shopping experience and become an integral part of the team at our rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees.
- Manage inventory and payrolls.
- Direct and communicate with the Store Manager Assistant.
- Analyze store operations, sales, and expenses.
- Compile business reports.
- Oversee ordering of inventory.
- Resolve employee disputes and complaints.
