Construction Management Specialist

Responsible for assisting in the design process and oversite ofall demolition projects at various locations throughout the State.
• Responsible for having full intimate knowledge of each activeBlue Acres Demolition Project including projects waiting for approval.
• Responsible to ensure each active Blue Acres Demolition Projectis on schedule and meets its end date to prevent loss of funding as regulatedby FEMA and HUD requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing all submittals to make sure all are incompliance with plans and specs for that particular Blue Acres Demo projectalong with ensuring a seamless process with DPMC Blue Acres administrativefunctions.
• Responsible for the review of all contractor invoices and workwith DEP Fiscal to ensure all invoices, change orders and amendments areproperly allocated to each funding source.
• Responsible for completion and administrating of Contractor andConsultant Evaluations for each project at 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% completions.
• Responsible for assisting the Program Director with contractcompliance issues along with ensuring program meets compliance with divisionpolicies, procedures, statutes and administrative codes for DPMC.
• Responsible for assisting the Program Director with coordinationof all activities with township Business Administrators for each project inevery town.
• Responsible for meeting with all township BusinessAdministrators to coordinate and update all existing and upcoming Blue Acresdemolitions including but not limited to, all utilities, community residentissues and property line disputes, etc.
• Responsible for attending all Plan & Spec review meetings with each AE firm as it pertains to each project and insure all state regulations and term contract requirements are met as it relates to each town, geographical location and existing field conditions.
• Responsible for attending all Pre-bid, Post-bid and Pre-construction meetings for all projects.
• Responsible for assisting the Program Director with coordinatingall activities in the field with the Programs 4 AE Firms as needed.
• Responsible for assisting the Program Director with coordinatingall activities in the field with other State Agencies, i.e., Department ofLabor, Department of Environmental Protection, Environmental Protection Agency(Federal), NJ Department of Health, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized electronic copy of all emails, submittals,invoices, amendments, change orders, close-out documents, etc.
