Document Control Clerk / Filing Specialist
Shift Timing - Monday to Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
Lunch - 1/2 Hour (unpaid)
Work Location: 33 West State St 5th Floor, Trenton, NJ 08608
No parking
General administrative/ processing forms / data entry
Familiar with PC's & laptops.
Data entry into Oracle database Commercial Recording and Tax Registration. Microsoft Office- Outlook 2016 ( would need email address setup)
Equipment needed, PC &laptop. Programs needed Oracle Commercial Recording, Tax Reg, VPN, Outlook( would need email address setup)
Preferred Skillset:
Basic Computer skills, Good Communication and writing skills.
· Make authorized updates to online accounts. i.e. add/end eligibilities, update addresses. Put aside those that require higher level changes.
· Update business sales tax information application to a non-reporting status within the system.
· Update tax eligibility in application to add special eligibilities.
· Review submitted applications for approval.
· Enter approved applications in database.
· Mail approved documents to customer.
