Job Overview
Fiscal Assistant
Note: this is a temporary position with an end date of 6/30/25.
Working Hours- 8:30 am- 4:30 pm
Lunch- one hour between 12 pm-2 pm (Unpaid)
Assigned Address: 5 Commerce Way, Hamilton NJ 08691
Performs a wide variety of program and administrative support duties based on agency business needs.
Performs general office, secretarial, fiscal, and support activities.
Serves as first point-of-contact for their assigned program.
Demonstrated ability to use spreadsheet software and perform detailed work with numerical data.
Working knowledge of clerical practices, including typing skills and office procedures.
Experience in business math and basic bookkeeping.
Ability to prepare routine financial reports and to communicate with others in giving and
obtaining information.
Ability to follow prescribed operating instructions and preparing routine reports
from fiscal data.
