Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their wireless needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, ensuring they are informed about the latest technology.
- Process transactions accurately using a POS system, including cash handling and operating a cash register.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, plans, and devices to provide accurate information to customers.
- Supervise junior staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and sales reporting.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory management; familiarity with retail math is a plus.
- Experience using POS systems is advantageous; proficiency in cash register operations is essential.
