Position Summary :
The estimator will oversee project development from paper to completion, focusing on : Rough and Finish Carpentry and overall construction estimating.
- Accurate estimation of production costs.
- Obtaining Vendor and Subcontractor qualified bids.
- Resource planning within budget constraints.
- Logistics mapping for proposals.
- Coordination with stakeholders (subcontractors, PMs, and clients).
