Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized dish room, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and all cleaning supplies are readily available.
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine, adhering to safety protocols and minimizing energy consumption.
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and containers are washed and sanitized, and stored in designated areas.
- Participate in cleaning and sanitizing of food preparation and production areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Haul kitchen trash and recyclables, ensuring proper disposal and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in the food service industry preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
