We are seeking an experienced and motivated Dishware Attendant to join our team at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. As a Dishware Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen area.
About the Role
- Provide a clean and safe environment for our team members and guests by ensuring that all dishware, utensils, and equipment are properly sanitized and stored.
- Operate and maintain the dish machine to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of dishes.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the dish room, including putting away clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Clean food preparation and production areas to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
- Haul kitchen trash and recyclables to designated areas.
