What are the responsibilities and job description for the SCOPE Enrollment Services Supervisor position at BJU Inc?
POSITION SUMMARY: Provide hands on leadership for day to day enrollment services that guide SCOPE’s primary growth market – non traditional learners (adult and dual enrollment students) – smoothly from first inquiry through graduation. The Supervisor owns the operational delivery (recruitment communications, application processing, registration, advising, risk monitoring, service triage) for this focus population while collaborating with the Associate Dean on high level strategy. Success is measured by quick, accurate service, data driven interventions, and steady enrollment growth.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment & Enrollment
- Oversee daily team workflows for inquiries, applications and registrations
- Keep CRM/SIS data clean and reportable
- Monitor pipeline metrics and partner with the Associate Dean to close gaps
- Advising & Student Success
- Serve as primary academic advisor for assigned programs
- Track engagement analytics; flag and contact at-risk students
- Coordinate accommodations (ADA) and connect students to resources
- Dual-Enrollment Leadership
- Maintain school and parent relationships
- Publish clear guidance on eligibility, processes, and schedules
- Develop strategic plans to enhance student recruitment, conversion, and retention, aligning with institutional enrollment goals
- Communications
- Execute multichannel communication plans (email, text, phone, web)
- Collaborate with Admission, Registrar's Office, Financial Services, and Financial Aid to ensure timely information flow for their functions
- Serve as a liaison to SCOP's marketing firm for assigned projects
- Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Oversee production of monthly enrollment and retention dashboards and review with leadership
- Ensure SOPs are documented and updated; champion two or more process improvements annually
- Represent SCOPE with team insights in cross-unit meetings
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Exceptional written & verbal communication; customer service mindset
- Highly motivated and able to work on own initiative
- Detail oriented—excellent organizational and planning skills
- Comfortable coaching peers and guiding process improvement
- Ability to handle highly confidential material
- Ability to work with other departments in the University to meet the needs of our students
- Master’s degree is preferred
- Preferred proficiency with at least one LMS (e.g., Canvas) and one CRM (e.g., Slate), but can be trained after hire
- Microsoft Office
