After-School ABA Therapist - Brooklyn

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in the comfort of a child’s home. Imagine being the person who helps a child master essential skills like communication, socialization, and behavior management. What You’ll Do

* Help children on the autism spectrum develop key life skills through personalized ABA therapy.
* Use fun, creative, and positive reinforcement techniques to foster progress.
* Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care and tailor strategies to meet each child’s unique needs.
* Monitor progress and share valuable insights with a caring team led by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

What We’re Looking For

* A passion for working with children and a desire to make a difference.
* Previous experience in working with kids or a background in behavioral therapy is a plus (but not required).
