- Source and review candidates within 24 hours using platforms like Indeed, Facebook, and Zip Recruiter.
- Host engaging virtual open houses to showcase our mission and services.
- Maintain a well-organized ATS system.
- Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
- Ensure continuous communication throughout the application and onboarding process.
- Coordinate daily meetings with Case Managers to review staffing needs.
- Reach out to previous candidates with new job opportunities.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and job fairs.
- Contribute ideas for departmental improvement in team meetings.
- Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and compliance regulations.
