We will count on you to :
- Execute sales goals by building a large book of business of complex or high-yield accounts by conducting frequent sales presentations, calls and meetings
- Actively and consistently pursue new prospect appointments through various outreach strategies
- Apply highly developed market and internal service offering insights to sales cold calls to engage potential clients, generate interest, and schedule meetings or presentations
- Develop sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses which creatively and effectively address complex prospect needs and appropriately communicate the business value of internal services and offerings
- Manage complex account processes from the identification stage to closing; leading pricing negotiations, facilitating product and expectation discussions, and ultimately securing a beneficial financial outcome for the business
- Establish strong relationships with clients and create referral networks
- Participate in professional development activities
- Renew existing clients annually and assist with onsite enrollment meetings as needed
- Develop internal partnerships with other insurance departments within the agency to ensure cross-selling opportunities with clients
- Effectively coordinate with account management and support teams
- Maintain trust and working relationships with various insurance carrier partners
