Project Engineer

We're looking for a talented Project Engineer to join our team in Sacramento!

We're seeking an ambitious Project Engineer with experience in land development, civil engineering. You will apply your technical expertise to independently manage all phases of projects, from small to large-scale, while collaborating with senior engineers and project managers to ensure progress updates and accurate reporting. It's a great opportunity to oversee and coordinate a team of engineers, drafters, and technicians on various project tasks. Some of your key responsibilities include:

• Design site development projects, including grading and drainage plans
• Develop utility systems for water and sewer
• Prepare reports and master planning studies
• Create specifications and cost estimates
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, city, and county standards
• Conduct conceptual studies and report preparation
• Prepare specifications, quantity takeoffs, and cost estimates
  
  
  

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in site development, design of residential and/or commercial subdivisions, utility systems, and roadways
• B.S in Civil Engineering or related field from an ABET Accredited Curriculum or equivalent required
• Professional Engineering license in the State of California is preferred
• AutoCAD and Civil 3D mastery required

• The typical base salary range for this position is $94,000.00 - $117,000.00 annualized depending upon skills, experience, education, and geographical location. This is an hourly position paid biweekly
