**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at BL Harbert International LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead the quality control program and shop inspectors for all facilities.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will oversee the quality of operations on the entire shop production floor at Plant 1 and Plant 2, ensuring adherence to JVF standards and operating philosophy. Key responsibilities include enforcing adherence to project specification requirements, developing and implementing the Quality Control Program and Procedures, and reviewing/approving quality reports.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a trade certification, be a Certified Weld Inspector, and hold at least one industry-related accreditation or certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Tekla PowerFab (or similar fabrication management software) is also required. In addition, you should have an in-depth understanding of AWS, AISC, and CWI codes, standards, and requirements.
