Position Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the efficient and orderly movement of products through the warehouse. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Be familiar with all product code, breakage, repack and rotation policies.
- Observes on-the-job safety practices and obeys Company work rules.
- Helps maintain and clean all warehouse equipment, grounds and buildings.
- Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading trucks.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Conduct inventory control to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational issues.
- Perform heavy lifting as required to move products throughout the warehouse.
Qualifications
- Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds and lift up to 170 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items as needed.
- Must be 18 years old (or Subject to Verification of minimum legal age).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
