Our Territory Sales Representatives are the face of the rapidly growing team at Black Apple, the #1 hard cider in Arkansas and one of the fastest growing cider brands in the south. Your quest will be to increase the sales and visibility of Black Apple Hard Cider with both our on-premise and off-premise retail partners in our territories outside of Arkansas. You’ll be spreading the good unfiltered word about our internationally award winning portfolio of craft hard cider and beyond.

What you’ll do : Sell, sell, sell
Execute on account visits and quarterly sales goals
Grow brand presence and introduce new products within our existing accounts
Prospect for new business and close sales with new accounts
Seek out merchandising and promotional opportunities at accounts
Monitor product freshness to ensure quality standards are being upheld
Oversee and schedule events for a local brand ambassador(s)
Flex your people skills
Spend 80-90% of your time visiting new and existing accounts
Build relationships with key decision makers throughout your account base
Balance communications with many (10-40) distributor reps
Leverage distributor relationships / ride-alongs to increase sales and stay top of mind
Keep track of it all
Record account details in the CRM software
Input contact information and notes following every sales visit
Maintain accurate and timely records through VIP and Karma
Create and send weekly recaps of account work to distributors

Requirements : Who you are :
Passionate about craft cider
Experience providing superior customer service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self starter who is motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable multitasking and pivoting effortlessly between various job functions throughout the day
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Clean driving record
21 years of age or older to comply with federal and state regulations
Must reside in the same area as the covered territory
Comfortable with 1-2 overnights a month / 4-5 overnights a quarter
Bonus points if you have…
Outside sales experience
Experience working in the alcohol / liquor / beer / wine industry
Comfortable using a CRM software
Proficient in Google Suite
