## Job Summary
We are seeking a Parts Associate in our Chrysler parts department. Prior experience in Chrysler / MOPAR service or parts is preferred. We are seeking candidates that make ethical business decisions, take personal responsibility for their position, and have professional communication skills with customers and their coworkers
## Responsibilities
- Stock, organize, and manage inventory of parts
-Fulfill orders accurately and responsibly over the phone with customers
-Proactively Communicate with the main shop and manage the flow of parts to working technicians and time sensitive repairs
-Understand automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist customers in selecting the correct parts
-Process retail sales transactions using a POS system
-Maintain a clean and organized parts department
## Qualifications
-Prior experience in automotive service or parts management is preferred
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory ethically and responsibly
- Respectful communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of order fulfillment processes in an automotive setting
-Multilingual abilities are a plus for better customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
