We are seeking an Experienced Restaurant Manager Full-time with Insurance benefits at Black Bear Diner Olympia, WA Location
Requirements
Two year experience in a full-service restaurant needed
Customer service experience be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations
Experience in high-volume, fast-paced family or casual dining environment preferred
Have knowledge of service and food and beverage,
Must have Food Handlers Card & Safe Serve is a plus
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work effectively within a team.
Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive.
Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge with Toast POS system
Knowledge of CTUIT back office system
Great energy
Ability to multi task.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays as needed. We are open 365, with reduced hours on major holidays.
No late nights

Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
