Provide banquet guests with exceptional food quality, consistency, and professional service.
- Collaborate with the banquet team to ensure a seamless service from kitchen to table.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and all related equipment.
- Manage food inventory and ensure efficient service operations.
- Attend weekly BEO meetings to coordinate with the events team and ensure the success of upcoming functions.
- Continuously learn and apply new culinary techniques and trends.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in a similar kitchen or banquet setting
- A flexible schedule, including evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and wear multiple hats as needed
- Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Awareness Certification (recertification costs covered)
