GET TO KNOW THE ROLE
As an Assistant Sous Chef, your shift begins by preparing the kitchen line, ensuring everything is in place for efficient service. As the day progresses, you manage the grill, sauté, and fry stations, reading tickets accurately and delivering dishes to meet guest expectations. Between orders, you handle prep work to keep the kitchen running smoothly. You also have opportunities to contribute new ideas to the menu, bringing creativity to our offerings.
This full-time food service position works Wednesday to Sunday from 11 : 30 AM to 10 PM.
If this sounds like the right fit for you, you must meet the following requirements to qualify :
- 8 years of relevant experience
- ServSafe certified (or willing to acquire)
- Ability to create dishes and give input on the menu
