YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a FOH Restaurant Manager - General Manager, you will start by reviewing the reservation logs and planning the bar and dining room setup to ensure the team is polished and ready to greet guests with a smile. Before the doors open, you'll lead a quick pre-shift meeting, motivating the staff to provide outstanding service. As the shift progresses, you'll be the key link between the owner and the team, managing schedules, monitoring orders, and keeping an eye on the budget. You'll meet with the owner daily to share insights, surface any challenges, and discuss new ideas to elevate our service. As the evening winds down, you'll oversee the bar and kitchen flow, making sure every detail is just right. You'll wear many hats and help out where needed!
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 2 years of restaurant experience
- Previous bartending experience
- New Hampshire ServSafe and Liquor Commission certifications
