ABOUT THIS FOOD SERVICE ROLE
Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday from 11:30 AM to 10 PM
Your Typical Day: As our Head Line Cook, every shift at our restaurant kicks off by setting the line so you're ready for the lunch and dinner rush. As orders fly in, you dominate the grill, sauté station, and fryer, whipping up dishes that keep our guests coming back for more. You also dive into prep work between tickets to keep the flow going. And here's the fun part-you have a voice in the kitchen, helping us tweak the menu and create new dishes that fit the Black Bear vibe.
The Essentials – What We're Looking For:
- 8 years of relevant experience
- ServSafe certified (or willing to acquire)
- Ability to create dishes and give input on the menu
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServSafe manager certified
