Program Budget Analyst

TITLE : Program Budget Analyst

CLEARANCE : Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.

LOCATION : Mark Center - Alexandria, VA

Required Skills and Relevant Experience :

• Minimum 3 years of experience with the DoD's Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution process.
• Experience with the DoD's Program Objective Memorandum cycle, budget estimate process and the President's budget process.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with managing financial programs, projects or budgets.
• Minimum 5 years of experience using communication skills, both written and oral, to include conducting research and preparing written products to present information.
