Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Collaboration & Enablement:
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for the sales team in the region, supporting their efforts through tailored marketing materials, presentations, and other resources.
- Develop a strong understanding of the regional market to better support sales goals and provide insights for local strategies.
- Regularly communicate and align with the sales team to ensure marketing initiatives are well-coordinated and impactful.
* Campaign Execution:
- Localize global campaigns to suit the Brazilian market, including translating and adapting content for email marketing, brochures, and other digital assets.
- Coordinate with global marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.
- Manage campaign tracking and performance reporting to measure success and optimize efforts.
* Event Coordination & Support:
- Plan and execute regional trade shows, customer events, and partner activities, including pre-event logistics, on-site support, and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event delivery and impactful attendee experiences.
- Coordinate with vendors to align with timelines and expectations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in marketing or related field.
- Bilingual: Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with event planning and sales support.
- Familiarity with email marketing tools and basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
