JOB DESCRIPTION :
We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer (Mechatronics) to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, mechanical systems, and control software, with experience in designing and implementing electromechanical systems. This position will play a key role in developing cutting-edge technologies, integrating motors, sensors, and control systems for various applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Electrical System Design :
- Design and develop electrical circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts using CAD tools.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design requirements.
Motor Control and System Integration :
Design and implement control systems for stepper motors, servo motors, and other actuators.Integrate motors, sensors, and software into mechatronic systems.Software Development :
Develop and optimize motor control algorithms and embedded software.Collaborate with software engineers to implement system-level functionality.Mechanical and Electrical Collaboration :
Work closely with mechanical engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical components.Utilize SolidWorks (or similar CAD software) for system modeling and design.Prototyping and Testing :
Build and test prototypes, analyzing performance data and refining designs.Conduct failure mode analysis and implement corrective actions.Documentation and Standards Compliance :
Generate detailed documentation, including schematics, bills of materials (BOMs), and test plans.Ensure designs meet industry standards, best practices and regulatory requirements.QUALIFICATIONS : Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in electrical circuit design, PCB layout, and system troubleshooting.Proficiency in motor control (stepper and servo motors) and associated software.Hands-on experience with SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.Strong knowledge of embedded systems programming (C / C , Python, or MATLAB).Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and control systems.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred :
Master’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.Experience with robotics or automation systems.Hands-on experience with prototyping and building electromechanical systemsKnowledge of simulation tools (e.g., MATLAB / Simulink).Understanding of manufacturing processes for electromechanical systems.Experience with AI / ML integration in mechatronic systems.COMPETENCIES :
