Come join the Recreation team at Black Butte Ranch!
We are hiring Activity Leaders for our busy summer season. Jobs start in May / June and end in September. Our ideal applicants can work with minimal supervision, have great communication skills and can effectively lead all age groups, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Activity Leaders are responsible for organizing and leading scheduled recreation activities with a focus on participant safety and enjoyment. They are also responsible for answering phones, taking reservations, and processing payments for programs and equipment rentals.
Pay is from $16 / hr., based on skills and experience. We’re looking for full-time and part-time positions. Must be at least 16 years old.
Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance and other benefits but do receive some great perks, including access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
