We have an immediate opening for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Technician. Do you have experience with HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing? Solid mechanical skills? We want to hear from you!
This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for a full range of maintenance services on Ranch buildings and individual homes. Duties may include HVAC maintenance, minor electrical and plumbing work, rough and finish carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
To be considered, you must have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and be able to safely operate a variety of machinery and equipment including snowplows and sanders. This position requires you to work in all weather conditions. Being flexible in scheduling (able to work weekends and holidays) and resort maintenance experience will set you apart!
This is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position, working 4 x 10-hr days. Pay is from $23/hr based on skills and experience.
