Come lead the Recreation team at Black Butte Ranch!
We are hiring a Recreation Supervisor to lead the team for our busy summer season. The position will start in May / June and end in September. Our ideal applicant is great at communicating with all types of people and delivering an exceptional guest experience, have some supervisory experience, is willing to jump in to assist across the department as needed, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
The Recreation Supervisors is responsible for answering guest questions about the facilities and the Ranch in general, ensuring facility rules are being followed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, registering guests in various recreation programs and classes, processing payments and complete daily bank deposits, performing housekeeping duties, checking pool chemicals, and training other Recreation staff.
Pay is from $22 / hr. , based on skills and experience. We’re looking for a supervisor that can work full-time throughout the summer months. Must be at least 18 years old and have a current First Aid / CPR certificate.
Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance and other benefits but do receive some great perks, including access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.
