Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner/Busser to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests by efficiently running food to tables, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting servers as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist servers in clearing and resetting tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining area.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service stations and dining areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly.
- Ensure the kitchen has sufficient supplies by restocking items as needed.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas before and after service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
