Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team year-round. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are seated promptly. As a host, you will play a crucial role in delivering a memorable dining experience at Black Cactus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon their arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience.
- Communicate effectively with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized entrance and dining area.
- Assist with answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
