Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Upsell menu items and daily specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to maintain health standards.
