Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Servers to join our team. As a server at Black Cactus, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding dining experience to our guests by providing attentive service, detailed knowledge of our menu, and ensuring all guest needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival.
- Present and explain menu items, including specials and drink options, with detailed knowledge of ingredients and preparation methods.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Monitor tables for cleanliness and maintain an organized dining area.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Process payments and thank guests for their visit, inviting them to return.
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required; we offer training for the right candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
