We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and blended drinks. Also, prepare breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches.
- Order Taking and Communication: Take customer orders and communicate them to other employees for preparation.
- Serving Prepared Foods: Serve prepared foods in a timely and efficient manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an understanding of coffee and tea, including different regions, flavor profiles, and blends.
- Customer Engagement: Describe menu items, product details, and preparation descriptions to customers and suggest products that may interest them.
- Service Excellence: Deliver distinguished and efficient service to all customers while responding to their needs.
- Store Maintenance: Keep service and seating areas clean, restock service stations, and maintain retail areas.
- Teamwork: Take direction from managers, assist where needed, and follow policies on cash handling and POS use.
- Attendance and Appearance: Maintain regular and reliable attendance, report to work in proper uniform, and follow processes and procedures recorded in the Employee Handbook.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, perform cleaning tasks, and stay on your feet for long periods of time (up to 6-8 hours).
Compensation: $20-$24/hour.
