What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sub-Contractor position at Black Creek Installations?
We are currently seeking additional subcontractors to join our network of in-house and contracted pros to perform various projects from small paint jobs to full home renovations or new construction jobs. We have a steady stream of jobs, and for the right contractors, we can provide you with as much work as you would like. This is a great opportunity to fill your downtime or allow us to fill your schedule fully.
Trades that we are actively searching for are below, however all trades and skill sets will be considered.

- Painter/Drywall

Job Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have own tools
- Must have Insurance
- Must have your own crews
- Driver's license and insurance
- Must have a proven track record of quality work
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Great customer service and client relations
Responsibilities:
- General Repairs: Perform minor repairs on the home's systems and structure. Or do a full remodel.
- Carpentry: Build, install, and repair structures and fixtures such as doors, windows, cabinets, decks, fence, substructure.
- Painting and Drywall: Patch holes in walls and ceilings, perform touch-up painting, and complete full-roompainting projects as needed
. * Plumbing: Fix leaks, unclog drains, replace fixtures, and install appliances like dishwashers and garbage disposals.
- HVAC: Repair duct work, condensation pans, bath fans, etc.
- Electrical: Replace light bulbs, install new light fixtures, replace outlets and switches, and troubleshoot electrical issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Remodeler or similar role, with a strong background in construction work.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues and clients.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines for working with HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
