Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Machine Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to plant operations through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement repairs and improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members to prioritize and allocate workload.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and equipment to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
Requirements
Qualified candidates will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and machine shop equipment is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have experience with troubleshooting PLCs, automation devices, and robotics. A background in electrical work, along with knowledge of OSHA guidelines and safety protocols, is also a plus.
