The Job: As a Lead/Principal Design to Verification Engineer –, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Central Engineering team as a full-time hybrid employee. You’ll get to: • Develop best practices and standards for the Product Execution Engineering, Reliability and Testing teams to develop and validate products more efficiently and effectively. You will focus on improving our design verification and validation plan, design requirements, test plans, design of experiments and failure mode & effects analysis. • Teach others our Product Design Verification Processes while meeting Customer CTQ Metrics to Ensure a Successful Product launch. • Develop metrics and reporting for the T&O Testing, Engineering, and Reliability teams. • Participate in Test Plan Reviews During the NPD Process to Ensure Products Meets All Requirements. The base pay range for this position in Maryland is $108,000 – $194,400. per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
